On recommendation of cardiologist, I started taking 300mg of CoQ10/day to counteract muscle soreness due to taking statins. These Pureclinica tablets are smaller and less expensive than the U.S. brands I had been using, and they are just as effective, if not more so. If you take Ubiquinol, I’d highly recommend that you try this brand.

This provides the dosage I’m looking for, which is hard to find, at a great price. The two bottles together is great, as I take 2 tablets per doctor’s recommendation. The pill are easy to swallow, and (I’m assuming) effective.
