Recently started getting this through Amazon’s Subscribe and Save Program. Received a 90-day supply on June 17th. Went to open it up and noticed that the bottle expires this month. So Amazon is shipping nearly expired products without enough time for customers to use it. I tried contacting Customer Service, but the only response was an automatic message that it couldn’t be returned.
Giving 5 stars for the product itself, but suggest that you DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON!

I’m trying this to help with my hair growth. I’ve only used it a week, so I’m not sure how well it works yet. Make sure you drink water with it. It’s not hard to swallow even though it’s a 10000 mg pill which is pretty big. If you are having trouble swallowing it, they do make a 500 mg pill that is easier to swallow. No weird taste. The price is great too.

I had never heard about pumpkin seed oil capsules, until I went to my overactive bladder doctor office. They told me about taking pumpkin seed oil capsules for 2000 mg/daily. I tried the 2000 mg and it really upset my stomach. So I then tried 1000 mg/day. That also upset my stomach. Tried looking for 500 mg/day capsules and they were hard to find. Kept looking on Amazon and came across these. I’m taking 1/day in the morning and it’s been about 2 weeks. Starting to see some slow progress with it slowing down the overactive bladder problem I’ve had for several years. It’s not upsetting my stomach, so I’ll keep taking it in the morning and see how it goes. Overall I’ve been pleased with the capsules, they are not really big which is a plus. And there is NO after taste.
