It’s really difficult to take as directed, because holding the liquid in your mouth for that long is really uncomfortable. It would be much easier to take mixed in with water, but I’m not sure you’d get the full effect doing that. That said, I think it’s really effective for its intended purpose.

Well I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my experience with this product was quite positive! It was too salty to take by itself, so I had to dilute it in a small glass of water.
Throughout the week I noticed I felt better overall, less tired at the end of the day, and was in a better mood.

I often find myself unable to quench my thirst. Despite drinking a lot of water, I still feel dehydrated in my hot, humid climate. First of all, I want to share how much I adore their branding—the colors, the logo, etc. I love it.
The minerals are harvested from the Sea of Cortez in Baja California. If you visit their website, you will find that they are extremely transparent, which is more than I can say about the vast majority of supplement manufacturers and brands. They have the following reports: heavy metals, microplastics, contaminants, mineral nutrient profile, and a kosher certification. Truly impressive.
I use this about five days per week by adding a few drops to water. I haven’t placed it under my tongue, but plan to try that next. I don’t feel any different; however, I am not taking it to improve my mood, fix an ailment, or alleviate pain. I trust that I am getting what’s in the bottle, the cited mineral content, and that it’s providing benefits that I am unable to feel.

This is a product that I like for reasons others might not. I appreciate that it tastes like clean ocean water and find it invigorating to take. Growing up on a surfboard as soon as I could walk, I may be an outlier in this regard.
Over the last couple of weeks of using it, I’ve noticed that my tolerance for salt has changed; I find many foods much saltier than I remember. This supplement is intensely salty, but I think my body has become accustomed to its natural, balanced mineral content, which may be altering my perception of added salts in food. For me, this is a positive change because it encourages me to reduce my intake of processed foods high in added salts, leading to a healthier diet. Additionally, it enhances my appreciation of the natural flavors in foods and helps lower my sodium intake, which is beneficial for my overall health. The liquid minerals are very good quality. I place the tincture in about a swallow of water and get it down quick that way. I wish I could place under the tongue as mentioned but it was too salty for me and to do it three times is a bit too much. I feel refreshed and vibrant when taking the liquid minerals and would recommend highly. Thank you!
