This product use to include magnesium threonate. It does not list it anymore. If you look at the photos it’s been removed. I was about to re order and I just noticed the difference. I’ve been using this product for over a year. It also doesn’t say it’s manufactured in the USA! So this is most likely coming from China. Please be careful. I feel horrible for recommending it to many people.

Magnesium is an essential element for many chemical reactions in your body. It is not easily absorbed. this product provides four forms which are absorbed. It has no flavor or side effects for me. I am a retired MD and recommend it
