I would say this is a nice magnesium supplement says it’s for use with kids however, with further investigation, you could use us as an adult as well. You would just have to adjust your dosage. It is to help with relaxation, possibly even aid and sleep. I would have to say as an adult magnesium also helps with Restless leg syndrome or leg shakes. Overall the taste is very good. It’s easy enough to use the directions on the packaging say make sure you shake well. It’s an easy way to get a supplement without having to swallow the big calf pills. There’s omega-3 in here B6 and vitamin D along with a few others. I would say overall it’s a great balance always check with your doctor before taking supplements to make sure that they are needed I feel the price is good. I would recommend.

My family have tried many difference magnesium supplements to help us sleep better, and most of the time they are winners because the texture (normally gummies). I decided to try drops this time, and instantly the kids were humming and literally licking their lips (cuz they’re weirdos). One of my kids even notices when they don’t have it at night. It does genuinely help they get to sleep and most nights they end up sleeping through the night, save for bad dreams.
The bottle is great and durable. I have dropped it several times and it’s still not broken, nor is the dropper. The dropper is mostly good, though I have never been able to get a full 1ml in the dropper, most I have gotten is 3/4 ml in one go.
I haven’t tasted it, but my kids love it, though occasionally my 6 year old doesn’t want it because it’s too sweet. I would get them again for a supplement despite the minor “issues”
