First bottle was great. After 1 week about 15% reduction in hot flashes… from 30 a day to maybe 25. By 2 weeks it built up in my system for a 95% reduction with only a couple small flashes. Was so excited to have my life back as well as not be woken at night a dozen times with throwing covers off, then waking up freezing without them. 2nd bottle great. Then 1 week into 3rd bottle I started to noticed an increase in flashes, by day 10 a significant increase… like 8-10. I thought maybe this batch they “forgot” to add or didn’t have enough black cohosh and decided to make the batch anyway. I quickly ordered a new bottle next day and after a week it built back up in system and I was good again. 4th bottle they started returning after a week again! Obviously this manufacture is either ignorant or unethical. I would definitely try another brand.

A couple weeks in, so far no change in hot flashes. Worse though, they taste awful. But if the hot flashes get better with time, I can handle the couple minutes of definitely not peach flavor, so we’ll see…

I order this and it came the next day. So I started using it and notice the hotflases lessened. Now that I’ve been using this for over a week. I have notice my hot flashes have lessoned. Like I might have one and a couple of days go by and nothing. Thank God for this product.

I’ve been taking these for only 3 weeks but my hot flashes disappeared almost 100% after just a few days. However, I started putting on weight that won’t budge, despite the fact that I watch what I eat and exercise regularly and have for years. I am going to give it another couple of weeks to see if it’s just a fluke. If it continues I will have to discontinue the vitamins. I am not trading one problem for another.
