It was a pleasant surprise that these PQQ capsules are very small, and easy to add to my 15 other supplements I take daily. Visual inspection, capsulation is consistent, no broken capsules or dust in the container, quality looks good. No funky smells. I have been consistently happy with the quality of Toniq products (I take 4 of their products regularly now)
PQQ helps promote Mitochondria Energy Cofactor levels and efficiency of which I have tried a few other PQQ supplements and find that I can feel a difference after a few days of taking Toniq PQQ. I especially found that this PQQ improved my sleep quality. I normally sleep 4-5 hrs a day but lately I have been feeling sleepy later in the day, with taking the PQQ I started waking up on my own after 4 hrs of sleep and felt energized all day. I am a little unusual and take other adaptogenic supplements, but found PQQ gave my mitochondria that extra boost. I highly recommend taking a pure C8 MCT oil, there are several out there, choose one and complement PQQ with it. I have found over the decades of taking supplements that not all are created equal and it’s extremely important to find a company that you trust, provides the levels they state potency, clean and pure supplements. I am a big fan of Now supplements, but have switched several that I take to Toniq.

The product may or may not be as specified. The container is ill-suited for dispensing capsules. It is hard to get them out, and the wide and short container easily allows moist air to get into it, with a consequence of premature spoilage of contents. In addition, it takes too much room up in the drawer where I keep supplements.

Well priced product . Smallest 20mg PQQ that I have encountered. PQQ works for me , and I hope this particular brand , I will also be able to notice the subtle changes , positive of course

I continue to appreciate the packaging. I realize this is secondary, but I find so much of the packaging in the supplement space to be unpleasant to look at. I like to leave my supplements out so that I remember to take them and it’s helpful that the bottles are elegant and that they are dark (plastic, unfortunately) so that the integrity of the contents are protected from UV light.
The PQQ is easy to swallow and odorless, which is a plus. I’ve been taking it for almost a month now. Because I’m taking a number of other supplements, it’s hard to know which effect is to be attributed to which compound. I do think the PQQ has been helpful with alleviating brain fog, although I think the Lion’s Mane might be a contributing factor as well.
