I am fine taking this because I like it has no sugar but I still get the elderberry benefits. It definitely has a chalky taste to it, but you get used to it! I love this brand, and we use many of their vitamins.

I LOVE elderberry and swear by its health benefits. I like the taste of elderberry in general but my boyfriend hates it…until he tried Mary Ruth’s! This chewable tablet does not have a strong taste and the after taste is hardly noticeable and not long lasting. It is very affordable for the quality of elderberry you are getting! I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer😊
