I had pain in my back from degenerative disc problems. Since I have been using collagen I no longer have the pain. Also the arthritis in my thumbs was very uncomfortable when I ran out of this product and waited a few days for my delivery. I believe in collagen and through research I think marine collagen is the most effective. I appreciate the additional benefit of strong nails and less breakage in my hair.
