I received this pack of magnesium glycinate liquid drops. The bottle contains 60 ml of 2 fl oz worth of supplement. This supplement has a sweet pineapple flavor and it tastes good on its own. I had it both ways, directly and mixed in with another beverage and both was it was easy to intake. This supplement has a yellowish / light brown color. The bottle came with a dropper cap that made it easy to know how much I am consuming.

The Pros –
Taking supplements can be a hassle. I often struggle with the after taste now as I get older and the more children I have. With this said, my children have depleted me of many of the things I need to function as a normal person. From vitamins and minerals like b6, b12, D3 and more. I also deal with restless leg syndrome and just being able to relax and unwind. I started taking this at night to help my legs since they jump from how bad my RLS gets. This supplement is so easy to measure out and take. It tastes and smell like pineapple and is so good to take as well. I really like the fact the safety seal is a but hard to get off, considering I have toddlers who are always determined to get into things no matter what steps you take, I can rest assured they will NOT get this off IF they happen to get it!

This drop contains very high concentration magnesium. Two drops (one serving) get me much more magnesium than the capsule form supplement I took previously. It’s blended with different forms of magnesium for better absorption. The liquid tastes pretty well. It has natural pineapple flavor. I really enjoy it. Usually I add the drops into the smoothie. They mix very well. I also take directly when I am in a hurry. It’s pretty convenient.
