I put this herbal foot pad on my feet every night before going to bed to help relax my feet. I stand a lot during the day at work so my feet always feel tired. Using this pad helps relieve stress and fatigue in my feet. It is easy to use, just peel off the adhesive pad, put the herbal bag on and stick it on the sole of my feet and put on socks. The pad sticks very well until the next morning. When I remove it, there is a little residue left on my feet, just wash it off with warm water. The herbal bag contains great nutrients to detoxify my feet and also keep my body warm. My sleep quality is better and I am more energetic the next day. The package has 100 pads, which lasts quite a long time. Great product at a good price

These were very easy to apply and covered a good amount of my foot. This was very relaxing to use and stayed on very well. The adhesive is good and it stays sticky throughout the night if I wear it to sleep. The scent is pleasant and stays for a long time. I haven’t noticed a huge improvement but I’ve only tried it for 2 nights. I’m still trying to get use to wearing them on my feet while sleeping. I had no adverse reaction to the herbal pads so I’ll continue to use them.
