It’s been a difficult year for me with sciatica, and other issues with pain, However, this supplement has been amazing. I’d taken other brands and loads of Ibuprofen,but this one is great. I use the topical cream and roll on as well. I highly recommend the Penetrex brand.

I have had RA for 56 years. I didn’t notice any improvement in my pain level having taking this for almost 3 weeks now. Since I swallow the capsules whole I have no impression of the taste. Spring and Fall are my most difficult times with the arthritis. One the temperature stabilizes my pain levels also stabilize.

I only took one pill because I am taking other vitamins. In a few days I was washing dishes and my back
