    I like it I guess. Hard to tell if it’s doing anything until I have my next round of blood tests. It was recommended by my PCP so I take them. Never received the “extra travel case” though.

    It’s too soon to tell if they are helping. I take 6 per day, 2 at a time between meals. I was hoping they would help alleviate the internal adhesion problem. I can’t tell anything is happening yet, but then, I’ve only been on them for about 3 weeks.
