The item arrived as described with no issues. All safety seals were intact and an expiration date of 1/26. Serving size is two capsules servings per container is 30. They have no taste but do have a smell that reminds me of a sterile/chemical smell…it is not strong but noticeable.
First, this is not affordable source for Berberine based on intent and ingredients. This is a low dose Berberine product and overall benefits from use do match price or return on investment in my opinion.
Based on ingredients listed, I had no concerns with consuming the product. I consider the quality of the product to be average. I had no adverse reactions while taking, I took the product with other supplements, food and by itself.
Qualitatively I can’t say one way the other, whether it benefited me or not. I saw no significant change in weight or ability to manage my weight while consuming.
It is an average product, that I have no concerns with taking but I would not recommend based on previous mentioned issues. Wish I could give it 3.5 stars.

Ugh disappointing- no appetite difference noticed despite following directions. I am guessing this is due to the low dosage. I am new to berberine so it’s not like there would be any tolerance or anything, just absolutely didn’t work for me. Almost felt like it made me hungrier 😭
