This seems to be some pretty potent collagen tbh.
I’ve replaced my powdered collagen in my coffee with these now, I feel they work so much better than the powder was (plus I’ve never quite gotten over the idea of what it is in my coffee).
These gross me out a lot less being in capsule form 😅
While collagen is obviously great and important for taking care of your skin (which is the main reason I started taking it) it’s also important for your joints and mobility and has the added bonus of helping your… digestive processes, which this definitely does lol.

I have been taking a daily collagen supplement for several years now at my dermatologists suggestion. I especially like taking collagen supplements during the winter months when my skin is normally drier. These supplements by Health Thru Nutrition are very nice and I feel they are effective. I have been taking them for 4 days now and I feel they are effective. These capsules are easy to swallow and I normally have a hard time swallowing capsules. Also, I haven’t experienced any digestion problems or a bad aftertaste after taking them. I especially like that these are made in the US at an cGMP certified facility. They are also non-GMO, gluten free and soy free. My bottle arrived with an outer seal around the cap and an inner seal underneath the cap. So any tampering would clearly be evident. In addition, my bottle had a July 31, 2027 expiration date. So these are presumably shipped fresh and have a long shelf life. With these supplements, you take 2 capsules per day, so each bottle lasts for 30 days. At $1.20/day, these are a little expensive. But, considering the quality ingredients I feel these are still a good value. I would also recommend these collagen supplements by Health Thru Nutrition.

I’m towards the end of this bottle and at first I did not notice any difference with my skin. I was washing dishes and a glass broke and cut my finger. What I did notice is that the wound healed very quickly – it was a deep cut and I barely noticed it a week later. After two weeks the skin is healed over with a slight visibility of the cut! That is faster than normal in my case. As with all supplements, they work differently for different people, so it may or may not work the same.

Collagen is so incredibly necessary for so many different bodily functions. This is targeted for skin elasticity and wrinkles, but honestly.. I don’t know if just these pills will do much, especially over a 1 month period.
It does seem like a trustworthy product however and I basically see it as elevated collagen boost. I did not feel a difference in my skin, but also have not fully used up the bottle yet.
To really see if this helps you would have to do a more controlled study/test, which is usually very hard to do, cause so many different factors play into the skin game.
But I appreciate the boost and feel good using it. So take it as you want. 🙂

As with any supplement, you should always consult with your doctor before taking. I’m very pleased with my personal results.
