I’ve been taking collagen for years for numerous things , skin health , joint health , hair and nails . I’ve always just bought the cheapest one I could Find honestly , but I sat Down and did some math and said to myself, self you are spending more in the long run , buy a bigger bottle. I was Right , and I’m glad I did Because I noticed More improvement in all the above since I switched to this brand . They are large , that might be my only real complaint if I had one , but that’s not much of an issue for me . I’m really glad I found These and made the change , the biggest evidence for me was my brittle nails have finally started to grow without breaking right away . I thought it was just my bad genes no matter what I did , guess it was my prior bad/cheap collagen brand. I didnt Even expect that to improve but am happy it did . And my skin and hair looks better since taking these too.

So I just got this but honestly I’m giving it 5 stars because I am no stranger to collagen supplements. I’ve been taking Youth Theory powder and pill form collagen supplements for years and let me tell you they help. Taking collagen supplements, and drinking bone broth helps with my aging joints and skin. I’m in my 40’s and collagen supplements, staying hydrated, eating clean, and exercise have really made such a huge difference in my overall health and the aging of my skin. I purchased this and the Hyaluronic Acid supplement and let me tell you I will be buying these for as long as they make them why? Because all the other versions I’ve tried require anywhere from 4-6 pills and this is the strongest concentration of what I want in 1 pill. If you’ve tried the Youth Theory supplements you will know what I mean. 6 pills for a serving and they’re big. This is 1 pill per serving which can be taken twice a day. It’s a no brainer really. If your looking for a collagen supplement then buy this.

Good product but in order to obtain the recommended dosage of 10-16 Grams you need 10 pills! Figured that out after i purchased. So tossing. Also I prefer a gel cap or powder cap. These are hard with means your body has to break it down to get the benefits.

Quality per price is decent. Easy to swallow capsules. Like that it’s not bovine protein, but marine. No fishy odor or taste. Haven’t taken long enough to speak to relief of joint pain.
