Cuando llegaron las gomitas de colágeno, el envase estaba tibio. Abrí el envase y vi que todas las gomitas estaban pegadas. Dejé que el envase se enfriara durante varias horas antes de probar las gomitas. Sin embargo, cuando abrí el envase, las gomitas de colágeno seguían pegadas. Y hasta el día de hoy tengo que separarlas cuando quiero tomarlas. I’ve been taking this daily for 3 weeks. I’m already feeling better, plus seeing new hair growing on my scalp. Before this supplement, every time I worked out, I was experiencing soreness during the session in one of my leg varicose veins at the back of my knee and numbing of the foot on that same leg. This sensation would last for a few hours. After just 2 weeks on this pumpkin seed oil supplement, I have not had any soreness not numbness. I then discovered that pumpkin seed oil helps release stiffness in the veins.
Note: I’ve only been taking one gummy, and sometimes I only take 1/2 of a gummy, as studies recommend 400 mg and the bottle says take 2 a day which is 10 times that amount.

I only just started taking these so I can’t speak on its full efficacy yet. However, I can describe that upon opening and taking it, I will state that they do smell strong and taste weird. This is my first experience taking collagen. I choose marine over bovine mainly because marine is supposedly absorbed better? The smell is like chemicals, almost fishy. And the taste is very sweet. I choose to take this with meals just in case so it doesn’t irritate my stomach. This is probably the way I will continue to take it. It is easy to chew (I wear partials, so no issues there). I’m hoping over time, I will see some results.
