I got this because I like to stack my collagen powder (that is in peptide form) with the other types of collagen as well. My collagen powder is a type 1 collagen which is mostly for the skin and especially the face. Type 1 collagen comes mostly from marine/fish. But the other types of collagen are important too IMO. In order after type 1 is type 2 from poultry/chicken which is mainly for joints and type 3 which is bovine/cows which is for skin a little and tissue and muscle. Now eggshell collagen which is very hard to find IMO and I really like, is type 1collagen a little and type 5 collagen. This is for cell membranes and the cornea of the eye. It is also type 10 collagen which is for bone formation and cartilage. Eggshell membrane collagen encourages production of elastin and fibrin which helps (may) your skin to be firm. And that’s why I love finding a multi-collagen product like this, that even has eggshell in it, for all the benefits that are possible.
So why do we need collagen. Its pretty easy to understand that after our 20’s we make less of it which decreases more each year. By our 40’s our existing collagen is breaking down faster than our bodies can produce it. And we usually see the results in the mirror and feel it in our joints. The good news is by supplementing with it we can hopefully (may) offset that decline. The bad news is since it took decades to loose it to the point we notice it,,,,it also takes a very very long time to replace it. You might see/ feel results in 6 months. Imagine taking a sand castle apart by one grain of sand at at time. Now imagine rebuilding it at one grain of sand at a time. That is how collagen supplementing can be described. The good news is first off you (may) halted the decline and second started the replace. And after 5 years or so based on my personal experience it is a extremely happy feeling to see the difference. Now spoiler alert the amount of collagen one needs daily is around 12 grams minimum . That’s 12,000 mgs. That’s why I use a powder form and this brand offers me a way to include other collagens with it.
So what about these other ingredients. Ok Collagen requires vitamin c with two of its enzymes that fold collagen into a useable form. So for collagen to work you need vitamin C which is in this. Biotin very simply said is hair, nails, and skin food. Oral HA (hyaluronic acid) provides hydration for the process to speed up and work better. And the resveratrol by activating sirtuins help fuel mitochondria for good energy for you body to use as well as providing antioxidant activity. So for ingredients in this blend we are looking pretty good IMO. I would stack this with MSM and CoQ10 for max performance.
So it was mentioned that one needs about 12 grams (12,000 mgs) and this has 9410 mgs right ? NO ! If we look closely at the ingredients it says “Collagen Max Compound XXII 400 mgs equivalent to 5000 mgs of fresh powder”. I am assuming they are referring to unhydrolyzed/peptide form of collagen with this “fresh powder” which no one sells anymore. I do not think Amazon has any unhydrolyzed/peptide collagen for sale. To be clear you need 12,000 mgs of hydrolyzed or peptide form ( hydrolyzed/peptide ~ two words that describe the same thing) of collagen. This has 400mgs and hence you need about 11,600 mgs more. Next it says the resveratrol is an extract which means they used the most active form and saying it is a 20 to 1 ratio. That’s an optimistic guess IMO as extracts have not had studies to conclusively decide what they may equate to. As it stand now if it was a 2 to 1 ratio ( rather than 20 to 1) that would be quite a feat.
Finally many companies are using a third party test provided by the seller of the raw ingredients which is the Last person you want doing it. What you want to see is a third party test that was performed in the US/UK or Canada. At the time of this review I could not find such a test. That which is in sellers picture # 5 down is some type of a recap of a supposed third party test. A third party test does not say pass or fail. If it has zero in it then it states zero or ND (none detected). And most importantly it gives us the weight of the of the stated ingredients. This brand is stating 500 mgs of collagen (with 2 caps) but we do not have any data from a third party test showing how much collagen by weight was actually found in this.
This appears to potentially be a great product. It has all the ingredients I like with my collagen and as stated it even has the egg membrane collagen in it. I also like this was manufactured in a GMP facility. These are real easy to take and I had no sides. I am hoping that this is ,or will be third party tested in the said countries which have regulatory oversite with the their testing,, as I would really like to continue to use this. I have very brittle nails that since childhood will rarely grow past the edge of my fingertip. If a butterfly sneezes in my neighbor’s yard, the force will be enough to break my nail. It doesn’t matter what dietary changes I make, they just stay fragile. Occasionally, supplements will work. If they work, I tend to notice a different within about 5 days.
So these DO work! After less than a week of taking them twice per day (one in the morning, one at night), I noticed growth on broken nails and an overall thicker, stronger appearance. My hunch is that it’s the collagen, as I have not tried collagen supplements prior to these. It’s unlikely that it is the biotin as I’ve never seen results from biotin.
The pills are easy to swallow and tasteless. The bottle comes with a 45 day supply. I cannot speak to long-term effects or skin, hair, memory, and other improvements as described in the product information, but for nails, they are definitely working well. This is an affordable option, so I strongly recommend giving them a try if you are trying to grow stronger, thicker nails.

This little bottle is packed with goodness. It’s got Collagen Types I, II, III, IV – all the good ones – along with things like Hyaluronic Acid, Resveratrol, Biotin, and Vitamin C. And guess what? It’s easy to swallow! No big pills that get stuck in your throat.
The best part is that it’s high quality. You can tell they’ve put good stuff in there. I’ve been taking it for a while, and I can feel the difference in my skin, hair, and nails. Even my joints feel a bit happier.
I also love that it’s made right here in the USA. Knowing that it’s made with care is important to me.

These caplets contain collagen types I, II, III, and IV that the ingredients state is from bovine hide collagen peptides, chicken bone broth collagen, fish collagen peptides, and eggshell membrane collagen. A friend recommended I try collagen from different sources and may help with pain relief. So far, there has been some improvement but I imagine that would depend on the health problem. I have had good results in my hair and nails. You get a 45 day supply taking two a day. I have not noticed any dietary issues so I will continue to use.

I really love this product. It makes my skin look amazing and I started seeing results in about a week. The capsules are easy to take and don’t leave a weird film or taste in your mouth. I first noticed a ‘glow’ to my skin after about a week straight of taking this. Then I started seeing a ‘plumpness’ to where my face looked fresher and more hydrated. Then I started seeing a reduction of fine lines and crows feet after a while of consistent use. I have no adverse reactions to this and it makes my skin just look so revived. I also started seeing hair and nail benefits too.

The suggested amount of the collagen I normally take is 6,000mg. I take half the amount just to budget and because I do notice results with even half the amount. This only has 500mg. I’ll take it in addition to my regular collagen though for the types of collagen and other ingredients. It’s $14.99/45 days.
