As we get older in life, the more our bodies need calcium in various forms. This is one supplement we take around here, to help my wife and I. This taste like a treat, as it’s quite sweet and peachy. I accidently ordered a “chewable” version of this and it was like chalky disks — yucky to take so I would not take regularly. Finally decided that this is stupid. I am “saving money” to the potential detriment to my health. So, realizing I was being stupid I ended up ordering these. Super yummy. Love to eat them and back to getting the daily amount of calcium that I am supposed to.

These gummies have a very pleasant flavor. Whether they work medically it is impossible to tell, but they are easy to take. I always worry that gummies make the critical components less easy to absorb, but only time will tell whether these help my bone density. They do not come with a child-proof cap, so be sure to keep them well out of reach of children and pets.

Great taste and texture, and no weird after tastes. I don’t always do a great job with my calcium consumption (or my vitamin D for that matter!), love this combo. Don’t really love that the main ingredient comes from corn syrup, but other than that no complaints.

I recently started taking the Calcium Citrate 1200mg with Vitamin D3 gummies, and they’ve been a great addition to my routine. The peach flavor is really tasty, making it easy to remember to take them every day. I like that they also include Vitamin D3 and K2, which helps with absorption and supports my bone and muscle health. Since I’ve been using them, I’ve noticed better muscle function and feel more energized. I liked the taste and ease of taking these gummies. It also has saved me from taking an additional two pills, I would normally take the magnesium and also the k2 separately; however I only need to supplement one vitamin more. I recomnend

The general plan of this supplement is that it contains forms of magnesium, calcium, and vitamin K that are more absorbable than what you usually find in vitamin pills, along with regular vitamin D3 and zinc. Not clearly explained in the labelling, it also contains fiber and malitol. These factors are a plus.
The peach flavor is really nice. This doesn’t taste like “medicine” at all. I appreciate that they used pectin (rather than agar or gelatin) as the gelling agent, as I think it tastes the best (and it is vegan friendly). I don’t like most sugar substitutes, as they tend to give me headaches or the have a weird aftertaste, but malitol doesn’t have these problems for me. It is tempting to eat more than the recommended amount.
There is a potential downside of malitol in that it can worsen symptoms for people who have IBS or need to be on a low FODMAP diet. I have a sensitive gut, which is why this supplement is particularly appealing for me, but I also have to be careful with things that can trigger IBS. So far, I have had no problems, so maybe the amount of malitol in this supplement is too low to worry about.
