A collagen supplement is always a good idea. I don’t like taking brands I haven’t heard of, and I do trust this brand for supplements. Since starting a month ago, I have noticed the skin on my face looks healthier. I’m going to keep taking and see if there are more changes. There were no side effects with taking this. 10/10 recommend.

We all know hydrolyzed collagen is good for your skin, nails, joints, and probably a bunch of other stuff. I like that this has 2 types of collagen where some other only have 1. What would have made it better is if was Marine rather than Bovine. But you’re going to pay for Marine. If you’re vegetarian or vegan this isn’t for you. I have no issues with swallowing the pills. They seem like regular sized. I have had no other negative side effects with this formula either.

Never tried collagen from this brand before, but so far so good. The suggested dose is 3 capsules daily, and that’s really not bad considering that each dose has 3,000 mg of bovine collagen (in my personal opinion a more budget friendly collagen that’s second best to marine collagen). The capsules are very easy to swallow, and digest very smoothly. There’s some extra additions to the mix, such as vitamin c to maybe help boost natural collagen production and calcium to possibly aid better absorption of the collagen into the bones. So all in all filled with good stuff, and no pointless filler. It’s safe to say that this is clearly not vegan, but at least it is gluten-free. Plus, its a very good value with 3 and a half months worth of supplement!
