    As soon as I read about the study at MIT showing that magnesium L-threonate reverses brain aging, improves cognitive function and both short and long-term memory, I purchased some. I tried another brand but supply was spotty, so I switched to Energeckko softgels, which I like much better, mostly because they are easier to swallow, but also because being softgels, they are more readily available to my system. I’ve been taking two a day (recommended dose) for months now, and I’m frankly very leery of quitting, because I like being able to think more clearly and being able to remember names and words better, and since I’ve been taking it, I do.     Liposomal Supplements are always the better option since they are much more absorbable into our system.     I’ve finished a bottle, and saw no change n anything? I was taking this to improve my nails actually – they are a wreak since a hip replacement and calcium alone was not doing the trick. Someone told me I needed both Magnesium and Calcium, but this product gave me no nail improvement either. I did not need this for digestion, but maybe others are helped this way? Otherwise, I don’t understand the hype.

    Although I rely on reviews when looking to purchase a product, personally I only write reviews when a product is outstanding. This Liposomal Magnesium L-Threonate is quite effective. After about 3 weeks I noticed improvement with my memory and focus. I also noticed less aches and pains at night, improving my quality of sleep.
