WHAT I LIKED:
-The taste was okay in that it doesn’t alter the taste of my protein shake or coffee as much as the collagen powder I used to take.
-It dissolves fairly well in cold water and does not clump.
WHAT I’M CONCERNED ABOUT:
No information about where the collagen was sourced or if a third party test for heavy metals was done. I contacted the company but did not receive a response.
REASON FOR RATING: I’m giving this a neutral 3 because I have no information about its purity and cannot say whether it’s good or bad. And as a result, I’ve decided to discontinue using the product.

Taking collagen is a must for me, and so far so good, I feel confident that I am providing something vital to my system every single day. This collagen is a blend of Type I, II, III, V, X, being hydrolyzed bovine and fish, chicken bone broth, and eggshell membrane. Under the supplement facts you find the digestive enzyme blend and the amino acid spectrum per serving (typically occurring)… I take it daily with my morning coffee or blend it with my protein shake. It dissolves and blends very well, and no aftertaste.

This LIfe’s Fortune Multi Collagen Protein powder mixed and dissolved effortlessly and without clumps when added to my hot, black coffee. It is labeled unflavored, but there was a very mild, subtle taste present, although very pleasant. It includes a scoop and there are approximately 30 servings per container.
NOTE: This does contain egg and fish. Label states it contains no artificial ingredients, MSG, GMO’s, chemicals, synthetics, fillers, preservatives, color additives, sweeteners, soy, sugar, gluten, milk, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts or shellfish and is manufactured in the USA. ***Manufactured in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat and dairy products.*** This multi collagen also includes a Digestive Enzyme Blend for gut health.

It mixes and dissolves effortlessly, with no clumping. The taste is present but mild, and while labeled as “unflavored,” it does carry a subtle flavor and smell to it. I found mixing it in juice or a protein shake is best. I also have added it to my coffee without issue.
The price seems fair for the quality and benefits. However, I’m a bit puzzled by the lack of information on sourcing and third party testing.

I like that this collagen contains ‘Types I, II, III, V, X’, because the more the merrier! This collagen doesn’t have an flavors, so it’s good mixed in just about anything that can be blended with powder. I mix it with yogurt, smoothies, coffee, whipped in with instant espresso and heavy cream with hot water poured over it, cereal, whatever I’m having. It’s easy to take in that way, plus it adds a creaminess to things, which I love. It seems to be good quality and worth the price. I like it and will definitely buy it again. 🙂
