This stuff works great for me. I am a very fair skinned brunette living in the south. I’ve always had to use strong susnscreen. (My husband calls it SPF house paint.) Even with the sunscreen, I would always have to find a shady spot or I would burn. I don’t burn anymore. I tan. I still use the sunscreen, also. But no more looking for the shady spot or hiding under a towel when we are at the lake.

Life Changing! I don’t say that lightly! After 70+ decades of dealing with multiple skin disorders that kept dates running for the exit when they felt my skin…THIS PRODUCT is “dissolving” my crappy skin, literally…and in only a few weeks! And in the middle of the winter!
Several years ago, my dermatologist gave me 2 samples of a brand name in yellow package, but it contained yellow and blue dyes plus other undesirable excipients, so I put them aside. In early January, I was cleaning my kitchen and found the yellow samples, so I scoured Amazon for the main ingredient, and found this great brand w/o all the extra, unnecessary crap.

OK, this is not a sun shield but it realy does reduce the sun exposure damage. I would still recommend using sunscreen if you are going to be out in the sun any length of time. However, if sun exposure is minimal this supplement makes minimal pretty much non-worrisome.

2400 mg is way too high a dosage and I couldn’t return it.
Has side effects of fatigue and bloating when taken at high dosage.
Be careful.
