Seems to help with keto rash, I have bad rashes all over legs and back. I also take with some extra ox bile. I take before meals and as needed if feeling that darn itch to. Wish they would make this without the extra acid. But it works overall well.

Good product. I noticed that my appetite is decreasing as a result of the timed released ingredients.

I had Keto rash severely, so I did some research and found this product. It has nearly eliminated it. For the rash that remains, topical antihistamine spray and oral benadryl now actually help, where as before it did not help.
Side note… I have started losing weight again after a 4 month plateau.
Edit: Allegra eliminated all the other rash issues.
