They get a whole lot inside just 2 capsules… for a power packed punch of goodness. And by power packed punch of goodness, I’m referring to the ability of the key ingredient here to support healthy energy production within the heart of biological cells. I understand the main substance here is derived from pomegranates, and the additional pomegranate along with a couple other similar nutrients, assist in the over all impact of the urolithin. A nice full 1,000 mg’s per serving, a serving being 2 capsules. This is a high quality, very nicely formulated, nutritional supplement product, and it’s made in the USA, which is a must for me. Great product.

Overall happy with this supplement – I have been taking it for a few weeks now and I think my recovery has been a little better and I have been sleeping better. All in all, I have no evidence that this works other than that I feel good after taking. Came clean/sealed – no stomach issue or anything.

65yrs old here. After reading three studies all with impressive results and been taking Urolithin A for about 4 months now, and this brand (Life Nutrition) for the past three weeks. Have noticed significant stamina and strength improvements so I believe the product is what Life Nutrition says it is (which, with supplements these days, is sometimes iffy).
Urolithin A isn’t magic, but if you eat right/get good sleep this supplement will help keep the mitochondria churning out energy to keep you feeling & functioning better. This brand is one of the largest sellers of Urolithin A and was priced at a great value when purchased 10/24 (compared to the other established brands, some of which are wildly expensive).

This Life Nutrition brand Urolithin A supplement contains 3,000mg of Urolithin A per 2 softgel serving and the bottle contains a two month supply. Urolithin is known for its healthy aging and cellular renewing support. Apparently the Urolithin is derived from Walnut Shell Extract, Strawberry Fruit Extract and Pomegranate Extract but the softgels are flavorless and very easy to swallow. My perception is this is a high quality product and I would order it again.

I have been studying Urolithin A for some time and wanted to try it but it was ridiculously expensive. Now that so many companies are making it the price has come down. These seem to be good quality but although the listing says it is made in the USA (with an asterisk, not sure what that means), neither the bottle nor box says where it is made. Since I have no idea why my previous review was not approved this is all I will say…

I’m 56 and still very active. I’ve tried other Urolithin supplements which were also more expensive and it really works. What’s nice with this brand is that it more affordable.
What I’ve noticed is shorter recovery times after a good workout. I still do weight and am a figure skater so at the end of my training sessions I am pooped. When I take 2 the next morning (I take everyday) I don’t feel as stiff in my joints and muscle soreness is minimal. Being postmenopausal can make you feel super bad because of the loss of estrogen but Urolithin A even helps that by giving you energy so you can feel sparkly and have vitality.
It’s affordable enough to try and affordable enough to stay on it. LONGEVITY is possible and feeling good makes it real.

On the front of the package it says 120 capsules. On the back it says 2 capsules per serving and it says 45 servings. I haven’t taken the time to find out if it’s actually 90 capsules or 120, but this numerical discrepancy is obvious.
I do like that the Mg amount of the supplement is high, that it is a vegetarian supplement with a currently better price than other’s that have a lower mg count. Also, some other formulations I’ve used apparently had liposomal delivery which is unnecessary with this nutrient and likely add cost and no benefit. So far so good. I’m not sure if I feel any thing different. I am not currently excercising much other than some stationary bike, but I will report further if I have any positive or negative associations after I have taken it longer. I have no anecdotal “information” to share yet.

After a recent tendon repair surgery, I’ve been focused on any supplement that promises to aid in cellular and muscle renewal and strength, in addition to exercise and physical therapy. I’m pleased to see that in addition to Urolithin A, the capsules also contain a blend of pomegranate, walnut and strawberry which are also dietary sources of the same compound. Each bottle contains 120 easy-to-swallow capsules, providing a potent 3000mg dose of pure Urolithin A per serving all adding up to a 60-day supply of this powerful antioxidant. I’ve been taking it for over a week now and so far, so good.
