I think these are a good gummy option but you have to take a couple. It’s not a one gummy a day thing. And when you have to eat a small handful at the same time it’s just not tasty enough to go down smoothly. Has a weird flavor in my opinion and while it might work well for someone it didn’t for me. I was taking them during pregnancy and switched to tablets cause the flavor made me nauseous.

Normally, I use a liquid iron supplement but its impractical to carry around a big bottle filled with liquid when I travel for work. So, I did some research and I decided to try these gummies. Bottle instructions states to take two gummies per day (bottle contains 60 gummies), which is equal to the spoon of liquid I take per day when I am home.
I found these grape flavored gummies to be as good as the liquid I take. Only thing I would recommend for the company to do would be to make them a little more flavorful, as the grape taste is not sweet. I do like that they are not covered in sugar, but a little more sweetness maybe would be better… at least for me. Other people may find it okay.

I’m writing to share my thoughts on “Super Iron Gummies”. I’ve only been taking them for a short time and will need at least another month or two to find out the benefits to my health. I’m happy to report on all the wonderful information I read about this product. First, I like that they are gummies which allows for taking this supplement on the go without having water available. I found out that testing was approved by ConsumerLab.com if you would like to read more about this iron. They are non-GMO, Gluten free, and Vegan. They are high in vitamin C and free of any artificial flavors and colors. I read that vitamin C tends to increase the iron absorption. I am very happy with Nature’s Craft.

The vitamin texture is fine and its one of the higher mg you can buy in an iron gummy, but it tastes like cough syrup 🤮

I really need these but I actually stopped taking them because I just couldn’t deal with the gummy type of texture – I chew forever it seems and it gets stuck in my teeth so then I’m tasting it forever – unless I brush my teeth expeditiously right after, smh.
And the taste is too gross for me.
I haven’t taken the supplement in weeks because of this but my hematologist threatened me with iron infusions- so I’m gonna try the liquid iron instead

These gummies are awesome! I have issues with taking iron supplements that cause nausea and constipation. These do NOT cause any of that! Smooth tasting and easy on the stomach. Easy to take and the taste is a treat! Highly recommend these to keep iron levels at suggested levels without all the side effects.
