This supplement works but it comes with a caveat. The dosages are too high for my 4 year old. The maximum recommended dosage for kids age 4-8 is 120 mg and kids ages 9-13 is 240 mg. 1 gummy of this supplement is 300mg. The l-theanine is also abit high for a 4 yo. Kids under age 5 should should take 25-50 mg with upper limit is 250 mg for all ages. I wouldn’t recommend giving it for young kids long term. I tried cutting the gummies in half to give her half the dose but it didn’t help her with sleep.
I also couldn’t find anything that has any certification such as USP and NSF so I can’t say the quality of practice they do making these gummies.
BUT it definitely works on helping my 4 yo fall asleep and stay asleep. I also notice that she’s more calm and have much lesser tantrums.
My 4 year always have trouble falling asleep and would stay up until 10:30 or 11pm no matter everything I tried (playing, waking early, skip naps, etc) and she does wake 1 or 2 times a night. We used 1.5 mg of melatonin that helps her sleep by 9pm but I want something more natural. We tried gummies with magnesium citrate which helps keeping her stay asleep most days but not helping her fall asleep. This is the only gummy for kids that has magnesium glycerinate and l-theanine that I found. The amount of magnesium and lack of certification is concerning. For now I’ll keep using these until I found another with the right amount of dosage and is reputable.

Worked wonders for me and my 6yr old. I take two gummies and my son takes one. We are falling asleep within 30mins or less. I have bought this product several times and will keep on buying it
