I was taking powder Ashwagnda some years ago but wanted to try capsules. After doing extensive research I decided to give these a try. My initial experience was very impressive with this brand. So much so that I decided to try a different brand (won’t mention the name here) only because it was a higher mg at 3,000 mg/daily serving. I figured more would be best, right? WRONG! I felt even worse than before – lack of sleep, crazy mood swings, anxious… the list goes on. I got half way through the other bottle of that brand before coming back to Youtheory. I just couldn’t and I felt out of it. I felt the positive effects within a couple of days. I’m happy to report that all is well. Mood is back in order, I have mental clarity and I’m sleeping sooooo good!! I take 2 capsules daily, anytime. No aftertaste or negative side effects. There’s some other positive side effects as well in libido 😉 Mental health really does impact you in more ways than you think. If you are reading this, it’s your sign to give these a try!

Absolutely wonderful! After two days I really noticed a difference. I have really bad anxiety that my doctor and I were having difficulty managing. My wonderful mother saw this and decided to get it for herself as well as me. She suggested I try it and it has practically erased my anxieties in conjunction with the medicine I was already on.

I find no difference after consuming the product for several months. I think the product is fake or adulterated.

I’ve been on anxiety medications on and off for most of my adult life, but I didn’t like the side effects that came along with them (groggy, not feeling like myself, depression, etc). I first bought these at Costco after hearing of the benefits and can say that they’ve helped immensely. I noticed a different in my mental clarity and my stress level after just a month taking ashwagandha and I’ve since purchased more from here. I feel a lot better about taking these daily as opposed to going through the dreaded “trial-and-error” route that goes along with prescriptions.

Packing is good. Capsules also seem to be good with good finishing. Anyhow the price is heavy unaffordable regularly.

Nothing wrong, just didn’t feel much affect from taking it vs not taking it. Maybe just me.
