Fact: Collagen must be under 1000 Dalton Units, to be absorbed and utilized by your body.
All those Collgen Peptides on the market, even though they add Vitamin C, make it into a hydrolized peptide or put in digestive enzymes are selling you useless garbage! Although, those types may help with joint pain a bit. They are not useful for your skin or hair. FromBio is the ONLY one, with only 300 daltons that actually works!

I’ve used different brands of colloagen in the past and thought I’d give this one a try. It dissolves pretty easy in warm liquid. I am using collagen in my morning coffe, The raspberry flavor gives my morning cup of coffee a weird taste. Also, the prduct is described as “light”. I wasn’t sure wheether the concentration of collagen was less than in other products or whether they meant that the tast or granules were light. Perhaps the “light” description is meant for the smaller content of each packet, compared with more to another company’s product that also comes in individual packets, and with no taste, which I prefer.

I just started using this product because I wanted to try different flavors of collagen, rather than consuming no taste collagen. I’ve just been using this new product for a month, so I’m still unsure of how it will affect my body. My nails are stronger than they used to be, which is one thing I noticed. I frequently use nail products that can harm my nails, yet I feel like they are getting thicker ever since I started using them. It is convenient to eat and appetizing because it is packaged with each serving in its own packet. My skin, hair, and nails will likely substantially improve if I take more than one per day. So far, great items!

UPDATE: September 27, 2023 The seller contacted me and offered a refund. But I replied that Amazon had already given me a refund. I learned that Amazon is truly committed to protecting the safety and health of its customers. The Amazon agent and I went through the ingredients list and agreed that the seller had failed to mention the ingredients that are not healthful, and are in fact harmful to the health of customers such as the artificial sweeteners and artificial flavors, and refined olein oil and propylene glycol. You will see the full ingredients list on the box. But many people may not read the ingredients on the box because they may believe the ingredients are the same as the ingredients stated on the website. A dangerous mistake. If people take action with the dollars they spend, they will not spend their money on products that contain harmful ingredients. When sellers lose customers, THEN they may clean up their products to be truly safe and beneficial for consumers. Point is, let the sellers know why you are returning their products, and refuse to buy products that contain harmful ingredients.

What I foremost appreciate about this collagen powder is that it does NOT contain flow agents that are damaging to health. It also does NOT contain the deadly emulsifier xanthan gum which is made from the bacterium xanthamonus campestris. Many collagen powders contain that gum that can cause serious damage to the stomach lining and the intestines.There are beautiful skin and good health promoting ingredients such as: milk ceramide, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, and acerola extract.
What I don’t like about this collagen powder is that it contains artificial sweeteners xylitol and erythritol.
It also contains artificial flavors of blueberry, peach, and cranberry. And more con ingredients are propylene glycol, and refined olein oil. People who have committed to living the way of optimal health will not be able to drink this powder on a regular basis. Their bodies will not allow it. Their bodies will not want to take it daily, and while they may use the powder once in a while, most likely they will put it in the back of their shelves and forget about it. People who live the way of optimal health crave what promotes great health. They will go out of their way to obtain health promoting foods and products. They will quickly drop what hinders or destroys optimal health. In my case, I have used three sticks over a period of less than two weeks.
My body will not accept any more. This product contains too many ingredients that are not optimal for great health. It would be a fabulous collagen powder if it contained the low molecular weight fish collagen peptide, vitamin c, milk ceramide, hyaluronic acid, acerola extract, and stevia. That’s it. I would buy it on a regular basis. I would be a loyal customer then. Because the powder would then be supporting optimal health.
