My son’s pediatrician wanted him to start taking zinc increase him immunity in preK. She initially wanted him to take a liquid version but even I tried it and it tasted so bad!!! I couldn’t blame my son for not wanting it. But he will eat these gummies. I will say they are not his favorite but at least he’s taking them daily.

Adult dosage of normal Zinc tablets make me extremely nauseated and a bad reactions follows. I avoid taking it at all costs, though necessary to boost my immune system. These are a pleasant way of weening yourself on to the proper dose for your body size. I’ve done it before and it works. Even though they are 15 mg they are still too much as I get horribly sick. For a week I take half the dose 7mg. By the second wk I can take a whole one 15mg, eventually by wk 4 I will work up to 2, which puts me at the proper adult dosage I need. If your like me try these. It works!
