These tiny little gummy bears are delicious and taste like pineapple. Popped two in my mouth last night at bedtime and just felt very zen. I slept amazing last night. It’s only the first day and I haven’t had any ill effects from taking these. If you like gummies versus having to take a heap full of goo or swallow a capsul these gummies are great! Excited to see what the whole bottle will do for my health. I’ll update in a few weeks to let you know how it’s going.

I’m on day 2 of these. The quality of the gummies is making me think these sat in a warehouse for a while until the price was more reasonable. I’m not sure how effective these gummies are as I’m only on day 2. I supplement with these ingredients using other products, so not sure how much I’ll feel a difference. I’m really only making this review to comment on the logo on the bottle. Who approved that? Grow up.
