I love that these help my kids calm in the evening without having the grogginess related to melatonin. They love the flavor/texture and are always excited for their bedtime vitamins. I even tried them myself before giving them to my kids (they get 1, I took 2) and it gave me SUCH a good nights rest I got myself adult magnesium. Pairing this with a multivitamin has been a huge help!

The smell isn’t the most pleasant at first, the magnesium gummies are easy to chew and swallow. I feel relaxed after taking these, took one before bed. I prefer lower dosages, since I’m sensitive to higher dosages.

I don’t know if it is causing any positive effects in our bodies. I can tell you though that these are legitimately the most delicious supplements we’ve ever had. 🤣 one of my kids would love to eat the whole box. They should sell a candy version.
