I love the idea of microlingual tablet. Superior Source GABA is easy to take and tastes delicious, kind of like the orange flavored baby aspirin. I tried it to help with insomnia and sadly, it doesn’t help much. I fall back asleep quickly so that’s good, but I’m awake again in two hours. Still searching for the answer to failure to stay asleep. I would highly recommend this source for delicious microlinguals, but I can’t swear to their efficacy, at least for my purposes.

This is a nice little melt that does just what I hoped and no more. No side effects, just takes the edge off of high stress days. I take one at bedtime with a small dose of melatonin, and sleep well. I am calmer during the day or in stressful moments that used to get my emotions out of whack, if you know what I mean. I can now view the rough situations with a calmer, more reasonable mind. I am a family caregiver and really get tested some times, lol. I don’t care for the sweet taste so much, but it’s not a problem.

This is a very subjective opinion.
In my case the effect on sleep which were as expected.
But I stop using it because I had to dissolve the pills in my mouth and I did not like the sweet taste.
I had to read better the details of the product.

Calms my mind so I can sleep. I wake up wit no drowsiness. Even if I wake in the middle of th night for something I’m not groggy. I’m alert and go back to sleep

I have tried other brands of GABA before (in capsule form), and I’ve had mixed results. One with 500mg was good at first but then made me super tired with continued use (even into the next day). Another with 200mg and some other ingredients didn’t work (probably because of one of the additional ingredients). Then I read about sublingual GABA and how it works immediately, so I thought I’d give these a try. These work fast and can be used as instant stress relief, and I feel like the 100 mg works better than even the 200 or 500mg ones. I use them a few times a week depending on the amount of stress I have, and it has helped immensely. Give it a try–you won’t regret it!
