If you are over 55 and are finally happy that you no longer have PMS and then suddenly it returns with a vengeance you may want to try evening primrose oil once a day. I was taking it religiously for several months when I ran out. Thinking it was no big deal I did not order any more immediately.
Then I started to feel very grumpy, offended, irritable and like I was PMSing majorly. What was the deal? I finally figured out it was because I’d stopped the good mood enhancing evening primrose oil. After taking some of this (a new bottle) today I feel so much calmer and happier. I really need to take this to balance my body.
I am not a doctor, nor is this medical advice and please read a book on evening primrose oil to see what it is all about and how to take it. I’m sold on it after going through withdrawals. I much prefer to be happy and content and not miserably moody! I got two bottles so this will never happen again! When one runs out, I’ll immediately get another. 🙂 To your health:

I can’t explain what this medicine is helping me with so it can reach other women that have the same woman problem so the product 5 ⭐ Amazon 0 because (PCOS) “polycystic ovarian syndrome” is a bad thing to put in a review we will call it a woman reproductive destroyer issue. So if you are a woman and you have that woman issue like I do and want some relief this will definitely help and black cohosh with evening primrose will help so much more!

This product did help with my menstrual cycle. It is a quality product. However, it caused my face to breakout badly. There is no smell and they were easy to swallow. Unfortunately, I had to discontinue using it.

It did not help labor start for me with any of my three pregnancies… but I do think it helped me to not tear. I didn’t tear a single time out of three babies!

It came quick, it works great for hot flashes, at first like everything else. Then doesn’t work so great later, it’s menopause nothing works. It does still keep the hot flashes at a minimum, but not 100%
