This product works just as well as my previous supplement except that for this product, a regular dose is 2 capsules. I wish it was just one capsule like my old supplement. Oh well.
In terms of taste, I have no problem with it. My spouse feels some aftertaste an hour or so later when burping.

If you are looking for magnesium, look no further than this bottle. It has every type of magnesium in one capsule. My husband and I are taking this each night and have noticed better sleep as well as fewer aches. We are happy with it and plan to continue to use it.

Unlike many of the tablets & capsules I’ve purchased recently, these capsules are appropriately size – I can swallow them without choking!
These capsules are Size 00 and to get a 124% RDA of Magnesium, I only need to take 2 a day.
Each capsules contains a complex of Glycinate, Carbonate, Citrate, Gloconate, Aspartate & Lactate…260mg total. It’s wonderful to see 6 different forms of Magnesium in this preparation – each form absorbs differently into one’s digestive tract – so all bases seem to be covered!
The only other ingredients listed are the cellulose from the capsule itself and Magnesium Stearate, so in total, I get SEVEN sources of Magnesium, albeit the Stearate derivative being minimal.
These capsules are a bargain at their price point as well. I get 120 doses from the 240 capsules in the bottle when taken as directed. Awesome!
I’ve said goodbye to those huge tablets that I’ve been struggling to swallow – these capsules work out great for me.

I am a big fan of this supplement. It is reasonably sized, doesn’t have a funky taste or smell. It has a serving size of 2, which is not my preference, but it is better than having a single massive pill. It seems like a really clean product without lots of extra junk in it.
It has really reduced the amount of cramps I’ve been getting when running and working out. My job makes it difficult to have a well balanced diet, so this extra supplement is a a lifesaver. Highly recommend!

My wife gets migraines and it was suggested that Magnesium glycinate might help so I ordered the Vitalibre Supplement for her.
The bottle says that the capsules are made in the US but with global ingredients. They aren’t GMP certified. The main reason I ordered the Vitalife was that they include no sugar, nuts or artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners. All of the capsules were intact and there was no leaking at all. The pills have no aftertaste and were easy to swallow.
Supplements can take weeks, if not months, to show results so I can’t speak to that since she has been taking them for only 2 weeks. I can say that she hasn’t had a migraine in the past two weeks so there might be something to it! For $36 you are getting 240 capsules which is a 4 month supply so it’s a great value to boot.

Magnesium a supplement that I take every day and especially, if you are a woman and exercise regularly, most likely you are not getting enough from the food that you are consuming. As you are exercising, it is crucial for proper muscle contractions. Basically that means that magnesium helps with preventing muscle cramps and has proven through clinical trials that it helps all (men, women, those who don’t choose not to be recognized as a particular gender) with helping people work out more. I do work out a lot and identify as a female. Therefore, it helps my body to recover quicker than if I choose not to take this particular supplement. Additionally, it helps with heart health by maintaining a regular heart rhythm or helps those who have atrial fibrillation and high blood pressure since it is a smooth muscle relaxant. This particular magnesium is perfect for my body and I have confirmed with my physician that it is beneficial for me. Please consult with your own doctor before trying any vitamin or a supplement as it might interfere with a medication that has been prescribed for you. My personal favorite about taking magnesium is that it relaxes you and helps with sleep. I try and fall asleep at the same time every night, but that wasn’t working with me. When I did start taking a magnesium supplement, it helped me fall asleep faster than I did previously when not taking it. Lastly, I chose this particular magnesium because it contains all of the different types of magnesium that my physician said I should take, and the capsules are very small and easy to swallow. There are so many positive things that I could say about this magnesium, which include having a fabulous price point with comparables, it’s vegan, and concentrated so you don’t have to swallow a huge capsule capsules. These are very small and that definitely is a benefit. I know that I usually rate products on the higher side, but that means I have done my homework and know that it has exactly what I need or was looking for in a supplement. In saying that, that means that this particular magnesium supplement fulfills my needs and I was correct in choosing it.
