The flavor is really good, which makes these easy to drink. They’re not gritty and remind me of drinking a fruit drink or something similar in taste.
Love that it’s packed full of electrolytes, I get an immediate boost of energy after having one of these. I usually mix one a day into a bottle of water and it gives me the hydration I need.
This is especially helpful in the summer months when you loose more fluids than normal.

I personally use only half of the pack (I am not into sweets). My father in law loved it so he used the whole thing. You can adapt to your taste.

I took these to a girls camp to share with women where I knew we’d be out in the sun a lot, and wanted to keep people hydrated. The Coconut Lime flavor was by far the favorite, and most natural tasting. The Blueberry Coconut was a little weird, and a bit too sweet, but overall not bad. The Peach Mango is WAY too sweet, and tasted like peach ring candy, aka fake peach. I honestly don’t care to drink those unless I try to mask the flavor with something else. Given the ridiculously high price point, I shouldn’t be wanting to avoid 1/3 of the product. I also can’t see anything that makes this targeted specifically to women. That feels like a marketing ploy.
To be honest, for the cost, I feel like there are other electrolyte options I’d be more likely to seek out.

Don’t waste your money. If you know someone who has this, ask them for a packet before wasting your money on it like I did.

I rely on hydration packets a lot living and sweating in Florida! I have not seen any that are female targeted until now! These are amazing, have a pleasant coconut water taste and I can feel the difference that no added sugar makes. I have been using one each afternoon after swim workouts and I have noticed an easier summer slim down, and less exhaustion in the second half of my days!

I live on a hobby farm and the animals need tending even when it’s 100 degrees out, so I’m out in the sun sweating and hauling hay around all summer. These are FANTASTIC for me to hydrate! There are 3 assorted flavors: Blueberry Coconut, Coconut Lime, and Peach Mango. I love the other two, but the Blueberry Coconut tastes funky to me. The flavors are pretty strong, I like to mix them with 16oz of water AND add a ton of ice to water it down a bit more. They are sweetened with Stevia – they’re pretty sweet, but I wouldn’t say overpoweringly so. I generally can’t stand things that are too sweet! They dissolve just fine for me if I give them a good stir.
The bag is resealable, and the individual stick packets are small and weigh practically nothing, so they’re also great to throw in a backpack and take hiking, cycling, canoeing, to the beach, etc! They are a bit pricey for what is essentially just an electrolyte mix though (currently $48 for a bag of 30 sticks) – I’ve tried other products from Mixhers, and I think they nutritionally were a better value than these…and I wish I could buy a bag without the funky Blueberry flavored ones!
