They’re a source of vitamins C, E, and A, and are packed with more antioxidants than cranberries, blueberries, and pomegranates. They’re great to support your immune system.

I like that these capsules are easy to swallow and they seem to be working well for me. I’ve had them for a little over a month. They Sing Day of good quality and the price point is comparable.

This a very affordable option if you want to have sambuccus available whenever you or a family member is feeling ill. The capsules are easy enough to swallow, but can easily be opened to add the powder to a drink for a child or adult who doesn’t feel like swallowing the capsule. No strong taste means it probably won’t even be noticed.

Started taking this in early November and it is Jan. 15th, 2023. Since then I have not experienced any colds, flu, or other URI type symptoms. My last immunity panel was excellent. My doctor even commented on it because I have an autoimmune problem with RA. I plan to continue to take these small, easy to swallow capsules. Apparently it works for me.
