This is one of those products that you really don’t realize it’s working until for some reason you stop taking it. I had been using this for months and then lost track of reordering. Noticed old symptoms creeping back slowly. So it’s pretty obvious I need to keep joint and mobility supplementation in rotation.

I failed to notice as I was checking this out, that you needed to take 3 of these to get a daily requirement. 90 capsules seemed great when I thought it was a 3 month supply, but ugh… I’ve taken other versions of Glucosamine chondroitin with similar sized capsules and the recommended dosage was 1 per day. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad it’s not the big ‘ol horse pills that I used to take 2 of every day years ago. compared to that these are much easier to swallow.

Specifically For The Back
I have found, after much experience that the ingredients in these are very good for the entire back, but anti-inflammatories like Turmeric are best for the knees, and for me, lots of fresh celery juice removed the calcium deposits from my shoulders.
I’m just saying that if you need help with various joints, try different things until you find what’s best for you. But for the back, always get products with these specific ingredients.

Yes they do. These have good ingredients, which do make my back feel much better…
But at this time these are a 30 day supply for much more money, than a 100 day supply of triple strength ost ee oh bi flex are.

Ancient Bliss Glucosamine Chondroitin with MSM seems to be a good quality product that is made in the USA. Besides glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM, this supplement also contains boswellia bark extract, organic turmeric root, hyaluronic acid, organic ginger root, quercetin, bromelain, and L-Methionine. I find that the amount of chondroitin (250mg) and MSM (25mg) in a serving seems low compared to other joint supplements I have taken. The capsules are slightly large but I have not had any problem swallowing them, unlike some other well-known joint supplement tablets that can be purchased in stores. Note the serving size – the product page on Amazon’s website says to take two capsules daily, but the label on the bottles states that the serving size is 3 capsule. That makes this a 30-day supply. Overall it’s a good product, but it is pricey.

I was a professional dancer, and I’ve had numerous joint injuries over the years‚ knees, ankles, wrists, metatarsals, etc. I started taking glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM formulas about a decade ago, and I rarely ever have any pain. I switched from my usual brand to try out this one, and it seems to be working as good as my former brand.
Before I ordered this, I researched the companies Ancient Bliss and Norax, because I want to ensure I can trust the supplements I’m taking. Third-party consumer reviews give high ratings to Ancient Bliss and Norax, which are both located in Georgia, USA. Their non-GMO ingredients are locally sourced, and some are organic.
I like the other anti-inflammatory ingredients in this formula, especially turmeric and bromelain. I wish they added black pepper to aid absorption of the turmeric, which is not very bioavailable on its own. Note that when taken on an empty stomach, bromelain is anti-inflammatory and healing; when taken with food, however, it aids digestion and is used up in the digestion process.
I only take two of these a day instead of three. Just my opinion: I find that when there is just one daily dose provided on a bottle, it has probably been tested on and is geared toward a male body. There’s a big difference in size of adult human bodies—for example, between a petite person and a large person—so I adjust for myself accordingly.

Love the mix of ingredients in this Mobility and Joint Support Supplement. I’ve used other products from this brand and I’m always pleased with the variety and strength of ingredients. Their thoughtful formulations include all the ingredients I’ve been taking separately and had good experiences with all in the convenience of one product. I myself have found that taking 1 capsule 2X/day was sufficient to get good results. In my experience with similar products, several of the ingredients in this tend to be more expensive so I consider this product to have Good Value. Helps keep me moving comfortably and so, I Highly Recommend👍🏻🥇

I recently ordered this Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM Mobility & Joint Support Supplement for Men & Women with Cartilage Formula for Joint Support by Ancient Bliss (90 Capsules) and have been using for a few weeks and didn’t really notice that big of a difference but no side effects either so maybe I have to take it a bit longer but overall I think it is okay and worth a try.
