I’ve started to develop gluten sensitivity these past few years, ever since I turned 30! I’ve noticed that certain foods don’t t settle in my stomach correctly especially when I consume too much gluten/carbs. Carbo-G helped ease that. I’m able to dine out more, since I’m normally the only person who have dietary restrictions. I purchased this enzyme supplement specifically because it contains Phytase and does not contain Bromelain (an allergy for me). Phytase is not common in digestive enzymes. However, if grains, seeds, legumes and nuts are not traditionally prepared […] they contain Phytic Acid which blocks a fairly large % of various minerals from being utilized by the body. See[…].
