So I had read reviews that say give this supplement time. It’s not a quick fix. And that’s true. I noticed a difference in libido and energy around week 3. By week 6 I noticed an improvement in my blood pressure. I was awake and had more energy throughout the day. And my little woman was liking the more frequent trips to the bedroom. It’s definitely worth the money and works. I notice when I haven’t taken it now. Definitely worth a try. And not full of all that other junk that doesn’t work.

It says this increases energy, many reviews say it happens over weeks or months ( interesting since most health things say not to take ashwaganda long term for more than 3 months because of the effect on the liver) HOWEVER, this does not increase energy it does the opposite. A 3-5 hour nap will be part of your afternoon if you take it in the morning! Doing research I thought the fenugreek would cancel the sedative properties of the ashwaganda but no, that is not the case. Energy should be no where in the description of this.
Will update in a few weeks as to efficiency of taking it at night. This is as of 1/9/24

I got this to use with my gym supplements (creatine, glutamine BCAA’s, and protein) I’ve used anabolic a in the past and now with age and kids I want to take a healthier approach. I’ve noticed after two weeks of taking this supplement that my energy and overall mood has improved. I’m not as tired in the mornings and I feel I get more restful sleep. The surprise I had also was in the bedroom, my wife said she notices my erections are harder as well. So far so good! Can’t recommend this enough

Can’t really speak on the benefits of the fenugreek. I do feel the sex drive effects of the maca root, but I’m really here to talk about the ashwagandha. As a single mom of a 3 year old who works a full-time overnight job in a hospital, stress is sometimes at an all-time high. I can definitely tell the difference in my reaction time to get upset and that amazes me. My body feels like it still wants to get angry but my brain tells me “eeh it is what it is” and I can stop and think on how to handle it a lot quicker and logically

It does exactly what it suppose to.
Your not going to feel it right away but 2-3 weeks in you feel the difference.
For better effect when trying to use it to increase muscle mass take zinc, magnesium, omega3, and vitamin D along with it.
A high protein diet also.
I’m 3 months in and received excellent results.
