📚 Glucosamine, chondroitin and Tumeric… I take a combination of these every day these everyday to help save off chronic joint issues. I inherited some and some are due to an autoimmune disorder so it’s important to me to do everything I can to keep my joints in as good a shape as possible!
📚This is an excellent composition of ingredients.It is almost identical to the one I take that is recommended by my doctor. Both the list of ingredients and the quantities of each…. almost identical.
📚 Is this bottle arrived safety sealed with shrink wrapping around the top of the bottle and an inner seal under the cap.
📚 I was delighted to open this bottle and discover that it is filled to the top with supplement capsules. So often you get a bottle that is maybe half full, no waste here!
📚 The capsules are a pale yellow color, odorless and medium in size, easy to swallow and I experienced no repeating.
📚 Summary… this is an excellent product with a fantastic composition composition of ingredients. A serving size is 3 capsules. One bottle is 90 capsules or, a 30 day supply. At just under $22, I would consider this a good value for such an excellent product 👍👍

I’m not a fan of swallowing multiple pills every day so when I saw that this supplement combined several typically separate ingredients together I was interested. The container arrived double sealed and includes 90 capsules. The capsules are somewhat on the large side with a suggested serving size of 3 capsules per serving which provides 30 servings (so much for not taking as many pills). The ingredient list is fairly short which means no fillers or unnecessary ingredients which I like. The provided turmeric is 150mg (at 3 capsules) which is on the low side as an average supplement provides an average of 300-500mg. The inclusion of glucosamine/chondroitin and MSM is a good combination of ingredients which work well. Overall I like the supplement though I wish that the turmeric content was higher. Even so I would recommend this supplement.

Tried this product to see if I could reduce my morning start up time and reduce pain.
I no longer need an hour to warm up my hips and knees before walking without pain. Ibuprofen use is way down.
All-in-all a super addition to my daily routine.

Up until just under a year ago, I lived with constant pain. Mostly in my hands, but also my knees. Three were days that it was debilitating, I couldn’t walk and using my hands was excruciating.
I AM NOW PAIN FREE!!!
I discovered that my body responds well to 1500 mg glucosamine chondroitin, 1200 mg turmeric, 750 mg omega 3 and 200 mg CoQ10. I am unsure if all of these are necessary to achieve my PAIN FREE results, but it’s what I’m on and I’m completely pain free!!! It is wonderful, it has allowed me to return to my workouts without fear of fallout.
That being said, my hands are the first to let me know if I’ve forgotten to take any of these supplements, mocking me with stiffness and joint pain. This supplement is part of my pain free plan now.
At 73¢ a day, it’s one of the most reasonably priced supplements I’ve tried.
If you’re looking for a glucosamine chondroitin supplement, you might want to consider this one.
