It has a long warning on the bottle about people with health conditions. I don’t want to take something that has so many warnings. The warning is in one of the pictures on the product pages. I suggest you read them before purchasing.

I bought this mostly for the Alpha galactosidase, which usually does the trick for me– but this one didn’t. I’m going back to a product which is dedicated to just that one ingredient.
If you don’t pass this then you may pass something else…

Opti-Bean is a small, yellow, easy to swallow tablet that seems to work as intended whether you take it for Taco Tuesday, a heavy holiday meal, or when you’ve been eating extra portions of those healthy cruciferous veggies.

It really didn’t do much to reduce gas after eating beans, sadly.

This product works but just sometimes, every other time at best. It’s easy to swallow and doesn’t have any taste or smell. I wish it would be more reliable… On the plus side, it’s really affordable.

No one likes to be bloated or have excessive gas when eating certain foods, so supplements like this can be helpful. After trying these a few times, I’ve noticed some less symptoms but not 100%. Given the natural ingredients, enzymes, turmeric and ginger, to name a few, these check off a few boxes for me when looking for supplements that provide relief and work as needed. Compare to another brand, these work somewhat well, but seem to take more time, which is strange, since the directions are similar to the other brand. These will be good to have on hand or as a backup, but not as effective for me.
