These apeginin capsules have literally changed my life. What I like is that they’re all natural. I take 2 at night before bedtime, and I sleep very well. I take blood pressure medication so there is a caution that this product will lower your blood pressure, but I haven’t noticed a significant drop. If I wake up in the middle of the night for a nocturnal visit to the bathroom, and find it hard to get back to sleep, I take one, and within minutes I fall back asleep. I keep some on my nightstand with a bottle of water. Wonderful product.

I will admit that I didn’t do much research before diving in. I saw Huberman talk about it giving better sleep and immediately bought it. This brand is inexpensive and initially very effective. Over the course of one bottle I am noticing less and less of the initial effects and I am starting to think this may need to be cycled. I haven’t found anything to confirm that. I cannot tell if it is restorative and now I am on a better sleep cycle progression and notice less impact or I am experiencing diminishing return because my body has adjusted to the effects.
