Has a slight herby taste to it. More of a back note than anything. Easy to throw in water in the morning to drink with other vitamins I take. Helps regulate the go too. Didn’t notice if it helped with bloating and it may be a good thing.

This probiotic mix is easy to use. I dissolve 1 packet into my tea. It dissolves easily. There’s a slight sweetness to it so I don’t need to add any sweetner to my tea.

I’ll admit I was scared to try this after ordering it… I waited over a week to open the package! Upon finally gathering my courage, I’m so glad I’ve got this!
The packs are easy to use or travel with, and the flavor of the finely ground powder is slightly nutty and sweet. The powder dissolves easily, but it’s also delicious to just pour in the mouth like a grown up pixie stick!
I’m noticing some improvements in my digestive health, and I look forward to continuing to use these. Highly recommend!

I have been taking these for about a month now.
These are small packets that you can tear open. The taste is like that of stale chocolate wafer cookies. I pour these into my mouth and swallow before they start to thicken. Usually, drink a full glass of water afterward.
I can not say that I have noticed anything after or while taking these. Sometimes, I feel less bloated after eating something greasy.
I can say that these have not caused me any issues.

The individual packs of The Secret Enzyme are very convenient. No measuring and they are shelf stable. I just open the pack, pour it into my mouth, and drink some tea, water, or juice afterwards. The taste and texture are not unpleasant and it is even a tad sweet. It would even be good mixed in my morning oatmeal or yogurt. I am so glad I found this.

Not only did the packaging for this product arrive all messed up, but it was all in Chinese. I could not read anything about it.
The packets themselves were intact, so I tried one. Not thrilled with the taste at all- kind of “grassy.” I didn’t have a lot of confidence in what’s REALLY in this stuff.
