These are great for those who don’t like the taste of just Shilajit or want a break from the taste. I recommend these gummies. You can still taste the shilajit but its not overbearing.

I had been introduced to pure Himalayan Shilajit for the first time when I was visiting my in-laws, and I was told about all the health benefits and positive effects it has. I was also told that anything but the pure stuff, is not worth it. The pure stuff costs something like $180 for the tiniest of tins, so I was a bit hesitant to jump on board the Shilajit train. It also tastes like pure dirt. But I keep hearing about the effects and benefits, how it is very good for you, and gives a natural energy boost that helps do what coffee or tea would otherwise do, but without the crash or jitteriness of the caffeine. I am an avid coffee, and casual tea drinker, and thankfully I do not experience jitteriness or the caffeine crash unless I drink way too much of both, but I was intrigued. I will admit that the energy claims of Shilajit sounded a bit bold, but I was willing to give it a try. So I have been taking these gummies (which do a good job of masking the real flavor of Shilajit), and seeing how I feel, and for the most part I could not tell any real difference. I did not notice greater concentration or energy, with one prominent exception.
I decided to take some gummies while I waited to pick up my step son from school. There is usually a 20-30 minute gap where I am waiting for school to let out (got to get there early to get a good pick up spot), and I like to bring a book with me to read during this gap. The only problem is that I usually get a slump in energy around this time of the day, and there are days (especially when it is rainy or overcast like it was this day), that my eyelids start to get heavy, and I am fighting to stay awake. On this particular day, I headed to the school and started reading, and because I was feeling tired I had the sense that I might doze off. To my surprise, I did not. As I kept reading, I was not getting the head nods, or heavy eyelids. I still felt tired, but not so much that I could not keep reading. I had some caffeinated tea in the car with me just in case, but had not drunk any yet. I really wanted to see if the Shilajit would work, and I can say that I believe it did… if ever so subtly. I did not feel vastly different, but I did not clunk out either.
And so, I am convinced that these gummies are doing something. It may not be an overwhelming feeling of energy or concentration, but maybe a more subtle variety of these benefits. I cannot speak to any of the other health claims, but I am glad I gave these a try. It will not replace my coffee and tea drinking, but as an additional supplement to battle the afternoon fog, I am glad to have these nearby.

I have mixed emotions about this product. I received my product just before Thanksgiving. I took the product for approximately a week. I noticed that when it was time to “potty” (#2) there was a fragrance like an air freshener…I was all kinds of confused. We all know what a #2 is supposed to smell like! Once, I figured it out, it was the product working. I don’t know what it is supposed to do. I don’t feel bad, internally I feel great!!! I guess it is working?
All I can say is to try it for yourself. The flavor is not bad.

I have had shilajit in tea before, and this is formulated to be a more pleasant way to take it in. Unfortunately, whatever the company was using to help mask the flavor is not sufficient enough to hide the bitterness of the food. The taste definitely is not watermelon and has a bitter, astringent quality to it.

I’ve found Shilajit to be hit and miss when it comes to gummies. These are very good. Flavor is subtle for me but very good. No added sugar either but they do use xylitol as the sweetener which we don’t mind. Made in an FDA registered facility as well. Definitely recommended.

I love the taste of the gummies and no aftertaste. It has definitely improved my memory and mood and I have more energy. Great quality and 0 smell. Very effective for my bone. A must have in my life. Great value nutrients.
