I do like this brand and this is not the first time I’ve bought a supplement from this company. With that being said I bought this for a family member that is a middle aged male. He is fairly active, especially on weekends, and he his joints are starting to ache. It’s a very common problem that persists for a lot of people that can be pretty painful. Since taking this the pain has not left entirely but it has subsided a bit. He’s pretty optimistic with this product and is happy I bought it for him to try. I must admit I was lucky enough to get this at a discounted rate in exchange for an unbiased review.

Product works. Noticed as soon as I forgot to take it for a few days straight. The only thing I don’t like about it is the recommended dosage. 3 a day is fine, makes it a 30 day supply. For the 1st 15 days double the dose for maximum effectiveness. Pretty pricy for a 15 day supply. But I did notice a difference.

I really like this product; I have been taking it for about a week now and I can already tell a difference in the way these old joints are feeling. I feel like the fluids are flowing and they are not nearly as creaky as they were before. Looking forward to seeing what another few weeks of taking this product will do! I received this item at a reduced cost in exchange for my open and honest review.

G.C. Flex works to help protect my joints during a work out. I would have give it five stars, however I found out that Glucosamine and Chondroitin can raise your blood pressure. If you have high blood pressure, like I do, it is important to monitor your blood pressure closely while using it.

As far as supplement medicine goes, I can’t complain unless there is an obvious issue with what I am taking, I am not a chemist that would be able to break down what is contained in this G.C. Flex product. However I can say I feel fine… I don’t have the pains I had before using it. Would that be from natural healing or from this product honestly I cannot prove it one way or another. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. As a disclaimer I was given a discount on this product for my honest review, in no way did it change my review if this product.
