I previously used all Melaleuca vitamins and supplements, including their Glucosamine. When I stopped my Melaleuca membership, I was worried that I wouldn’t find a good source of reliable vitamins and supplements, as I was not happy with the grocery, GNC, etc. brands. I tried Country Life Vitamin C and then some of their other vitamins/minerals and was very surprised and pleased the quality and efficacy. The capsules are clear and filled with white powder and come in a dark glass recyclable bottle.
Country Life Glucosamine Chondroitin was no exception. It does not upset my stomach, burp up, or have any unpleasant after effects. I take one in the morning with my other vitamin/mineral supplements at breakfast. And, the other two with my lunch and other supplements. I find my spine and other joints free moving, particularly my finger joints, where I had experienced the beginning of arthritis swelling and pain. My fingers remain pain and swelling free and I have no evidence of further or new arthritis or pain in them or anywhere else in my body. A good product!

Its difficult to review a product like this because if you do not suffer from joint issues then you cannot tell for sure if it is “working” or not. But…i take it for preventive measure to prevent any possible joint, cartilage and ligament issues that may naturally and unnaturally happen over time do to exertion, injuries, and degeneration do to time itself. There are other positive benefits of taking this product other than just for joints and cartilage but i wont go into detail on that as im trying to keep this review from getting too long. Also on the plus side, this product does not cause me any type of digestive issues and it comes in a capsule, rather than a hard caplet or tablet which is also a plus for better absorption by the small bowel. I researched the Brand and it seems to be very reputable which an absolute MUST when purchasing ANY supplements! Do not put cheap garbage into you bodies people!!! This product is pretty expensive which is a drawback but nowadays it seems like everything is a ripoff, you have to shop around for the best prices! I will stick with this product for the time being and will always look for better products at better prices. Overall, i give this product 5 stars for all the right reasons. I tried the Kirkland brand and it does not Compare to this Country Life brand. I can run for hours without knee pain, before taking this supplement I had joint pain and stiffness all over.
