I can’t really speak to mood enhancement too much but I do know that these really helped me go to sleep quicker and stay asleep longer. I think this is the highest dosage I can take as when I tried the dosage that’s four times stronger than this my body had a really intense reaction and I feel a little crazy. This dose works for me and I think it’s a really good starting point for most people. I do think it’s really important to know what other drugs, especially mental health drugs, you are taking and double check for contraindications. These are made by a company that I really trust and the price is fantastic for the amount that you get as always.

I like to use lithium orotate for mood and brain support on and off when I feel like I want or “need” it. My favorite thing about this one is that it is only 5mg so I can decide how much or how many I want at once, and/or throughout the day. It is a fantastic value at the price given the amount of product provided. I’m giving it four stars because of the fillers.
