I’m always interested in trying new brands of glucosamine MSM. What’s different from brand to brand? The size and number of the pills and what added ingredients they have are important. This one has 3 smallish capsules that are quite easy to swallow compared to the oversized pills of some brands.
For added ingredients, this contains Turmeric, Boswellia, and Quercetin plus some vitamins. That meant I needed to cut back on my regular Turmeric capsules to avoid over thinning my blood.
I keep a magnifying glass at hand as I fill my pill cases so I can check new supplements and the dosages. I write the dosage on the cap so the next time I fill my pill cases I don’t have to read the fine print again.

The bottle contains 50 servings of 3 capsules, which is a generous above-average amount for its price of $18. The capsules are somewhat small and thus easy to swallow.

Vitamins C, D3 and E at 83%, 500% and 100% of DV, all of which are excellent amounts.
Glucosamine 1 gram, which is slightly below-average.

While I cannot say that what’s inside the capsules is what’s advertised, I can say that I didn’t notice any issues taking these compared to other glucosamine supplements.
I’ve been taking glucosamine chondroitin supplements for years and find it very effective. My aching knees and bad shoulder (torn rotator cuff) both stopped bothering me. Of course, this was with exercise, but after years of exercise alone I can say that’s not enough. If you’ve got joint issues and the will to go through some light exercises, I highly recommend these supplements as a potential solution.
