It’s a 1 billion cfu probiotic. The formula includes other herbs. I would say it’s a nice combination, but not particularly potent.

This is a bottle of 100 probiotic capsules for women, containing a blend of probiotic bacteria along with papaya, apple pectin, ginger root, fennel seed, turmeric root, and peppermint powder extracts.
The bottle is sturdy and features a green cap that screws off easily. It has an airtight seal underneath, providing freshness. At the time of receipt, the expiration date allowed for just over 1.5 years of shelf life. While the seal lacked a pull tab for easy removal, I was able to open it without needing a knife. Inside, there is a desiccant sachet to maintain dryness.
The capsules have no strong smell and are transparently enclosed in gelatin, making the powder contents visible. They are slightly larger than a standard capsule but remain easy to swallow. These capsules are intended to be taken before meals.
This product offers a convenient way to get one’s daily dose of probiotics. However, I personally prefer suckable tablets for probiotics, as they allow probiotic bacteria to remain in the mouth after brushing teeth. That approach may not be suitable here due to the additional ingredients in these capsules.
Overall, a decent product.

I have been taking these for a week now and I haven’t noticed any difference. I am following the instructions exactly and I still experience bloating as I did prior to taking these. I am not sure if it is just me, or the product doesn’t work, but I will not be re-purchasing these.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much from these, but they have made me far more regular than I ever thought I’d be. I’ve had a tough time getting the ball rolling in loosing weight and keeping energy throughout the day. I don’t seem to be constantly starving either, making it easy for me not to snack between meals. Seeing as I haven’t changed anything but taking these, I’m going to assume they’re helping somehow. I’ve been much more regular, which seems to make a world of a difference. I seem to be less lethargic or bloated. Seriously, I am still very skeptical but this is the only thing I’ve changed in my life recently and it’s seeming to make a difference so far.
What’s weird though… is even in feeling less bloated, I seem to have more gas rather than less. Maybe it’s just in getting this going into my system and getting my system reset? It’s only been a week.
I also like that these are made by an American company (not just shipped in from Asia).

Vegetarian friendly. I took one before a bowl of soup (low fat meal) with a full glass of water. It is a pretty big capsule – so be mindful if you have trouble swallowing pills. I haven’t had any bad effects, but will update if I do.
I don’t have any complaints. I do not have GI issues, just trying for the general overall benefit. Rather than taking these daily / multiple times a day, I will probably keep them to take before larger meals, meals out, big carb/fat meals.
Storage: as noted on the bottle, room temperature storage AWAY from sunlight.

I ordered this because it seems to have a great combination of ingredients, meaning, prebiotics, probiotics, and enzymes all rolled into one. The CFU count is somewhat low at 1 Billion CFU, but the variety of ingredients and the strain Bacilus Subtilis DE111 included in this product compensate for the CFU. Not only that, the product has the Reliably Alive TM which indicates the Bacilius Subtilis is the strain that survives the stomach acids and arrives “alive” to the gut. In short: I’d rather have a lower CFU count of live cultures than a higher count of non-viable cultures.
The label is easy to read and comprehensible, no grammatical or spelling errors that indicate haphazard quality control.
I appreciate fully that the seller provides a full address as well as e-mail contact information and a toll-free 800 number. So many xyz companies today do not provide this information as required by the FDA. This is important because a consumer may have questions or concerns about a product. This gives me confidence in the seller standing behind their product.
The bottle I received had a lid that was extremely tight and I was having difficulty removing the lid. I even placed it in a vice grip and had my husband try to open it. No luck. I came back the next day and tried again with the vice grip and I was finally able to open the bottle. The issue was the protective inner foil seal is extra thick and so securely attached – a good thing – that it made the lid fitting very snug, kind of like a vacuum seal.
The inner contents are capsules with a packet to maintain freshness. There is no odor in the bottle. I experienced no aftertaste or reactions after use. Looking forward to seeing improved gut and ‘women’s’ health benefits.
